25% Free Admission Under RTE
At Sai Public School, we are deeply committed to fostering inclusive education by providing 25% free admissions under the RTE quota to children from economically weaker sections (EWS). This initiative is in line with the Right to Education Act, 2009, ensuring that every child has the right to access quality education — regardless of their financial background.
We believe that every child deserves a safe and nurturing environment, and through our participation in the RTE program, we proudly extend that opportunity to families who might otherwise struggle to access quality schooling.
Our participation in this program reflects our dedication to supporting students from all backgrounds and contributing to their academic success. It also demonstrates our ongoing effort to create a more equitable society by ensuring equal opportunities for all learners.
We encourage eligible families to apply for admission under the RTE scheme and take advantage of this meaningful opportunity for their child’s future.
To be eligible for admission under the RTE Act, the following core criteria must be met. These guidelines generally remain stable, though certain details may change annually. For the most current information, please refer to the Official Rajasthan RTE Portal.
Age Group: Children generally between the ages of 3 to 7 years are eligible to apply under the RTE quota. This applies to entry-level classes such as Nursery, LKG, UKG, or Class 1, depending on the structure of the school.
Note: Exact age cutoffs may differ slightly each year based on the official notification from the Government of Rajasthan. Families are encouraged to check the latest guidelines via the official RTE portal.
Income Limit: Families with an annual income below ₹2.5 lakh are considered eligible for the RTE quota. This income criterion applies to families seeking admission under the EWS category.
Residency: The child must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan, and priority is given to those residing within the same Gram Panchayat or Ward where the school is located.
Note: During document verification, address proof may be used to confirm the local residency as per government norms.
First-Time Applicants: Only children who have not been admitted under the RTE Act previously are eligible for the current year’s admission.
To ensure that your application is processed correctly, please provide the following documents when applying for admission under the RTE scheme:
Income Certificate: This document is necessary to prove that the family's annual income does not exceed ₹2.5 lakh. This can be obtained from the local revenue office or a recognized government authority.
Proof of Age: A birth certificate or other official document that verifies the child’s date of birth.
Domicile Certificate: This certificate proves that the child and their family are permanent residents of Rajasthan, residing within the same Gram Panchayat or Ward where the school is located.
Caste Certificate (if applicable): If applying under the SC/ST/OBC category, a caste certificate issued by a competent authority is required.
School Transfer Certificate (if applicable): In cases where the child is transferring from another school, a Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school will be needed.
Other Documents: Any additional documents as specified by the RTE guidelines for specific categories.
Schools under the RTE Act are required to offer a range of facilities to ensure that every child receives quality education and adequate support. These facilities include:
Free Education: Children admitted under the RTE Act receive free education up to Class VIII, including all associated school fees, examination fees, and other costs.
Free Textbooks: Essential learning materials, including textbooks, are provided free of charge.
Transportation: Where applicable, transport facilities are provided free or at a subsidized rate to students from eligible families.
Special Needs Support: School provides special education services for children with disabilities, ensuring that all students have access to an inclusive learning environment.
Safe and Modern Infrastructure: School maintains classrooms equipped with necessary learning aids, clean sanitation facilities, and proper safety measures.
Skilled Educators: Teachers are trained to provide quality education, with a focus on both academic and emotional development.
